Refunds

We do not offer refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty or there was a mistake made on our behalf, eg wrong spelling.  In which case please contact us as soon as you receive the item & we will replace or refund it as soon as possible.

Please double check the personalising details you give us are correct as we can not refund items if the mistake is made on your behalf.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
